Julie Guertin, Customer Relations Specialist, liases between the Guertin team and real estate agents to ensure that agents receive the best possible customer service. Together, Julie and the agent work for the client to make the purchase, sale or resale of a property as stress-free as possible.

Julie draws on 14 years of customer service experience in both the banking and real estate law industries. Previously, she managed a mortgage refinancing business, where she grew the portfolio of lenders from one branch to nearly 40 in just four years.

Raised in Ottawa, Julie is bilingual in French and English. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ottawa University. She sews both interior and fashion designs and has studied haute couture with Richard Robinson.
