Janice Dempster, Builder Client Representative, is dedicated to providing Guertin Real Estate Law’ clients in the building industry with attentive, personalized service and information.

Janice spent more than 25 years as a mortgage specialist at the Bank of Montreal, where she met Louis Guertin in 1993. Janice is experienced in working with both builders and clients during real estate transactions, adding significant value to the service that we provide to our builder clients.
