No-Surprise Pricing

At Guertin Real Estate Law, the price you are quoted is the price you will pay. Our no-surprise price list is below, along with information about our deferred closing costs and wills and powers of attorney options.

 

 

*Our prices include legal fees, search costs, execution certificates and other disbursements, as well as Law Society transaction levy (on a sale only).

* Our prices do not include GST, land transfer tax, title insurance or registration costs, which can vary.

 

Purchasing a home involves many additional costs not related to our legal fees. To estimate the full costs of your purchase, use the Cost Calculator, or contact us directly.

 

Deferred Closing Costs

For all of our services, you need to write only one cheque – at the end of the deal, when your funds are available.

 

If you need time to pay your closing costs, we can provide financing for your closing fees, disbursements, land transfer tax, builder documentation fee, Ontario New Home Warranty Enrollment fees, and other related closing expenses for up to six months, interest-free. Contact us for details.

 

Wills and Powers of Attorney

Particularly when purchasing a home, wills and powers of attorney are an important consideration because you want to protect your new asset in any eventuality.

 

As part of our client service, we provide a discounted Wills and Powers of Attorney option with any of the above services.
